So fit is in apparently. Have you heard of the 21Day challenges, intermediate fasting, or herbal life? These are just a couple of the popular fabs going around. The crazy thing about these fabs is they work! People are finally realizing that different things work for different people. So if any of these fabs have not worked for you, you could always try meal prepping.
Meal prepping is the weekly preparation of meals for a period of time usually longer than 2 days. This is a great way to start your fitness journey because it regulates what you’re putting in your body. Which ultimately leads to a healthier you. Most results require a 80/20 balance. That’s 80% what you put in your body and 20% how you workout. Meal prepping pizza is not effective although we all wish it was. Give it a try you definitely won’t regret it.
