Independent Artist of the Week: Kruzie

Singer/ Rapper Kruzie from the county sides of Berea, Kentucky has recently been making major waves in the music industry with her first ever EP “Kareful” that was released on August 5th, 2017 streaming on all major platforms. In her EP “Kareful” Kruzie really shows her range as an artist. With how she smoothly mixes Rap and R&B, strategically combining both to create the perfect sound with her melodic flow. With lyrics like, “Why you so complicated, fake it till we make it”, from her song Komplikated, this EP is definitely something everybody can relate to.

In her newest single ‘Kount It Up’ Kruzie taps into her inner boss and shows yet again her range as an artist with this club banger. She even mixes it up by showing her other playful bubbly side in the music video to ‘Kount It Up’. Where she roams the neighborhood with her over sized teddy bear and kids jeep.  This visual and EP has really set the tone for Kruzie’s career and with the big response and following she has received since dropping her EP “Kareful” just know this is only the beginning for Kruzie.
